William Hans Kennedy
William has recently joined Manolio & Firestone and brings experience in civil litigation, medical malpractice, and bankruptcy to the firm. Though a litigator and highly competitive, William remains well aware that the litigation process can be a trying time. No pun intended. One of his strengths as a lawyer is allowing his clients to let him “hold the worry” during the litigation process, even if only temporarily, so the clients’ lives are less disrupted. William understands that clients in litigation still need their “normal” lives, and he handles the legal challenges to allow the clients’ freedom. He enjoys working with and listening to the diverse array of clients, each of whom brings unique stories. William also enjoys working with experts, learning new and technical knowledge (he loves a good challenge!). Each of his personal attributes make William a great counselor and a litigator who truly serves clients’ best interests.
Outside of the office, William enjoys refereeing with the Southwest Rugby Referee Society focusing on youth rugby..
